Log as much or as little information as you wish for outbound parcels, collect proof of dispatch for the senders and track the delivery end to end regardless of the courier you use. You can select a sender from your building/business, they'll be notified regarding each step in the process, the name and address of the recipient, alongside an image and notes on the package being sent.

Once a courier comes to collect the parcel through your usual dispatch method, you can manage the parcel handoff from within Parcel Tracker app or platform and, collect a signature from the courier as proof of dispatch.

Parcel Tracker works with over 900 carriers, so if you have a tracking number you'll be able to track the journey of your package from within Parcel Tracker.
