Customers can rest easy knowing that they may pick up and return their items outside of usual business hours – no more queuing to post a delivery at lunchtime or racing home from work to pick up an item before closing time.We offer three services that are fully tracked:Parcels to be returned Over 350 merchants make it simple for customers to return items they don't want. Yodel Direct makes it simple to send packages across the country, with hundreds of handy drop-off spots.Where is my package?CollectPlus aims to deliver all Standard parcels within two working days, on average. This begins the day after the parcel is delivered to the CollectPlus location, as our driver may have already retrieved the parcel on the day it was delivered. Sundays and bank holidays are not counted as working days. For delivery to and from Northern Ireland, the far north of Scotland, the Isle of Man, and the Isle of Wight, please allow an extra working day. For deliveries to and from the Scottish Islands, please allow up to 5 extra working days.Return packages are usually sent to the retailer within 3 to 5 business days.
