These QR codes are unique to the recipient and will serve as proof of collection when scanned by the member of staff handing out the delivery.

Recipients collecting deliveries will no longer have to touch the receptions/mailrooms devices to mark their delivery as collected.

When a recipient has a parcel they will receive a QR code that is unique to them. This secure and unique QR code embedded in their email can be used to securely collect a delivery from the mailroom or reception.
